Returns & Refunds

 

Ireland & Europe Returns

 

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return any product in its original condition and original packaging for a refund (less the original shipping cost) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

 

If the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the products or offer you a full refund. Please contact us at hello@mccarthysjewellery.com and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

If the item is unwanted, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please make sure to retain proof of return postage and send via a tracked service.

 

We do not offer a free exchange service. All unwanted items will be handled as refunds and a new order must be placed as we cannot offer free shipping on exchanges.

 

Please note McCarthys are not liable for shipping/damaged returned goods or any international duties and taxes.
